Protecting the Unborn: An Incremental Approach

While those who support the legality of abortion and those who oppose it are irrevocably divided, they are in agreement on one thing: the issue hinges on the question of human life.


It follows then, that if unborn life were to be strictly defined and quantified in law, the Courts would be bound to protect, rather than devalue the unborn.
